It has a few specifications that make it special and we would like to explain them here. Especially the question is addressed, why we do not simply use the classical 4 steps of observation - feeling - need - please, but we have equipped the process with the terms situation - feeling - quality - please. The justified changes do not mean that the classical variant is thereby outdated. The NVC-Magic Circle offers a slightly different working process, which will be easier to apply, especially for laymen.Special features: 1.It is a 4-field circular process and not a linear 4-step process: You go over the four fields several times until something happens.2.field 1 is not called "observation" but "situation". In classical GFK, an observation shared by two (or more) people is sought. However, both people always observe the situation differently. We prefer to refer to the one situation rather than to the two or more observations. The views of the situation may then change during the process. 3.step 2 is called "sense" and not "feeling", because a certain feeling is rather something manifest, i.e. something that has already been completely formed. Feeling refers more to the process of feeling than to what one feels. With the GFK Zauberkeis you can feel into the future, and the best way to do this is optimistically.4.Field 3 is not called need, but quality: The same words of need that we are familiar with point to the future and evoke the quality that we would like to bring into the cooperation. (Quality = the beauty of need, fulfilled need) A list of words of feeling and need is of course also useful.5.Field 4 is not a request but a strategy: Instead of focusing on the individual request, the attention is directed to the strategy to be found together from the beginning. It should not be constructed so much as to come to people's minds, fall to them, emerge, etc., just as everything else should come to sound as if by itself. 6.With this neutral website you can easily do online coaching. It follows the same pattern as the Utopia Magic Circle, for which there is a video explanation and a video tutorial for self-testing.
